Beauty with Extra Roof Protection
Stone Coated Metal Roofing is designed to withstand all kinds of weather such as humid hot and extremely cold. Based of Galvalume steel (Alu-Zinc Coated steel), the tiles are highly resistant to all kinds of corrosions. The top side coating of high durable acrylic resin and stone chips provide extra protection of the substrate, and amazing beauty with natural colours and elegance appearance.
Meanwhile, in tropical heavy areas, the tiles can split the rain drops and provide much quieter environment for the inside rooms. In cold area, the chip coating can prevent the sliding of snow from the roof in some extend. The advantages of the stone coated metal roofing are as following
The tiles have a modern patented design. Each 8 tile panel is composed of 2 steel plates pressed togather, with a middle layer of polymer foil pressed togather. The top of the tile is finished with a stone coating which gives it a rough finish. Thanks to this construction, these tiles offer exceptional noise-reduction benefit and make for a stiffer tile and thus sturdier foof construction is the result.
The roof requires only a minimum level of maintenance and gaurantees a a long life.
